Transforming a building site into one of London's top coworking & events brands
When I joined LABS as Head of Marketing, the vision was simple: to build a premium co-working space. The reality, however? A building site in a saturated market, with no brand, website or identity.
My strategy focused on competitor differentiation, built through events, experiences and value for corporate businesses. In just a year, we took LABS from one site to seven, and achieved 7-figure annual recurring revenue.
